"Bus was booked for 1410 but didn’t show up. I called the company at 1420, but they didn’t respond. I got a weird call back from someone very grumpy sounding. They said the driver had come at 1405 and left again. This wasn’t true because we were outside in the garden taking wedding photos and would have seen it. Also I booked for 1410, not 1405. They told me the driver was now busy and couldn’t come back to pick us up. I ended up making two trips in my own car and paying for parking. Total waste of time!"
